Overview
Southwest is one of the major airlines of the United States whose purpose is to connect people to what's important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel. For pregnant people, there are many pain points they experience when traveling by air such as having a limited time frame of when they are allowed to fly, having health issues such as nausea, dehydration, fatigue, and blood clots due to lack of blood circulation, as well as having to pay additional fees to ensure adequate and comfortable space.
Solution
I designed various assets such as wayfinding signage and marketing merchandise that may help a pregnant passenger in their travel experience.
